Ki Don Cho was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2006-2008 at Duke. During this time, he conducted research on toxicity evaluations for estrogens in wastewater. Afterwards, he went on to be an Environmental Engineer with the District Department of Energy and Environment in Washington, DC.

Aaron Dotson was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2008-2010 at University of Colorado Boulder. During this time he conducted research on UV induced disinfection byproducts. Afterwards, he went on to become an Assistant Professor in Environmental Engineering at the University of Alaska. Currently, he is Professor of Civil Engineering and Vice-Provost for Research at the University of Alaska, Anchorage.

Imma Ferrer was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2009- 2012 at University of Colorado Boulder. During this time she conducted research on advanced analytical chemistry via LC time of flight mass spectrometry. Currently, she is a Research Associate and Co-Director of the Laboratory for Environmental Mass Spectrometry at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Alina Handorean was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2009-2010 at University of Colorado Boulder. During this time she conducted research on Bioassays for determining toxicity of oxidation products from UV and ozone processes. She is currently a Teaching Associate Professor, in the Engineering, Design, & Society Program at the Colorado School of Mines.

Megan W. Howard was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden in 2010 at University of Colorado Boulder. During this time she conducted research on molecular method development to better understand the fundamentals of virus disinfection by UV light. Afterwards, she went on to work as a lecturer at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, CA. Currently she is a Principal Research Scientist at Battelle.

Yaal Lester was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2012-2015 at University of Colorado Boulder. During this time he conducted research on advanced oxidation and biological treatment of oil and gas wastewaters and emerging contaminants, Currently he is Head of the Environmental Technologies Program in the Department of Advanced Material Engineering at Azrieli College of Engineering in Jerusalem, Israel.

Ben was a Postdoctoral researcher in Environmental Engineering and is now an assistant professor at the University of Nevada Reno. His research at CU Boulder focused on understanding molecular-level responses of viruses and biofilm-bound bacteria under UVC irradiation and UVC applications in water treatment and healthcare systems. Banu Ormeci was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2001-2003 at Duke. During this time she conducted research on particle impacts on inactivation of pathogens in water and wastewater. Afterwards, she became Professor and Canada Research Chair in Environmental Engineering at Carleton University. She currently directs the Global Water Institute at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Roberto Rodriguez was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2010-2012 at University of Colorado Boulder. During this time he conducted research on fundamentals of adenoviruses virus inactivation by UV light. After working with Dr. Linden, he became an Assistant Professor at University of Texas School of Public Health-El Paso Regional Campus.

James Rosenblum was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2014-2018 at the University of Colorado Boulder. During this time he conducted research on advanced treatment technologies for waters used in hydrologic fracturing. Currently, he is an Research Assistant Professor at Colorado School of Mines Water Technology Hub.

Peter Ruiz-Haas was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2006-2008 at Duke During this time he conducted research on chemical analysis of emerging contaminants in water following advanced treatment. Afterwards, he went on to be an Assistant Professor at Mary Baldwin University. Currently he is an Associate Professor at Mary Baldwin University in Virginia.

Jatuwat has his B.S in Environmental Engineering from Chulalongkorn University. He earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Urban Engineering from the University of Tokyo. His doctoral research focused on the viral disinfection mechanisms and the detection in water. He also had worked on waterborne pathogen monitoring in the water environment. Saba Seyedi is a Postdoctoral researcher in Dr. Linden鈥檚 group. Saba鈥檚 work is centered on application of UV light technology in drinking water distribution systems for disinfection and control of biofilm development. She investigates the microbial responses after UV exposure, and the inactivation mechanism and molecular level impacts using different UV wavelengths. Charles Maxwell Sharpless was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2001-2004 at Duke. During this time he conducted research on contaminant degradation utilizing UV based treatment processes. Afterwards, he went on to Mary Washington College as an Associate Professor. Currently he is a Professor Emeritus at University of Mary Washington and the Assistant Director for Research, at Princeton University鈥檚 Andlinger Center for Energy & the Environment.

Hilla Shemer was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2004-2006 at Duke. During this time she conducted research on contaminant degradation utilizing UV based oxidative treatment processes. Currently, she is a Research Professor in Chemical Engineering at Technion, Haifa, Israel.

Tesfa Yacob was a post-doctoral researcher with Dr. Linden from 2012-2015 at the University of Colorado Boulder. During this time he conducted research on odor control during pyrolysis of fecal sludge in the Sol-Char toilet project funded by the Gates Foundation. Currently, he is a faculty member at Humboldt State University in California.
