  • - The Dean's听Annual Fund is the School of Education鈥檚 general, discretionary fund that supports a variety of the School鈥檚 efforts and priorities as determined by the Dean. Our programs and initiatives depend greatly on these dollars.
  • - the buidling initiative听provides space for collaboration, creativity, and inclusivity. Funds support for capital improvements and renovations of the School of Education building, including construction, renovations, equipment and furnishings.
  • - By contributing to this fund you are providing dollars to supplement scholarship awards to undergraduate, Master's and Doctoral students. The Dean relies on this fund to help out when the market under performs or when students have extraordinary needs.听
  • - This fund was established by Dean听Kathy Schultz and her husband David Paul to provide support for students enrolled in the School of Education who are not eligible to receive federal or state financial aid. Applicants with active Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) or Advancing Students for Stronger Economy Tomorrow (ASSET) status are particularly encouraged to apply for these awards and will receive preference for this scholarship.

  • 听- This fund provides emergency assistance to School of Education students that find themselves in a difficult situation due to a temporary or unexpected hardship, allowing them to feel secure in their pursuit of higher education despite life's challenges.听Payments will made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Dean.听

  • - Our faculty members offer personalized and interactive听education programs and collaborate听on internationally recognized research. Despite the听outstanding reputation of our faculty, their salaries are some of the lowest on campus. Dean Schultz has听created a fund to provide resources to supplement salaries as an incentive to keep these faculty producing their excellent work in our School. Your support can go a long way towards motivating these faculty to continue at CU Boulder.听

  • Endowed Positions for Faculty & Graduate Students - Endowed Chairs, Professorships, and Fellowships provide additional resources for faculty and a prestigious and honored title. Our school has one, the Bob and Judy Charles Endowed Chair, but we need more in order to attract and retain the best faculty. This award gives incentives for faculty to stay at CU Boulder in spite of many high-paying offers to go elsewhere. It provides money for the faculty member to hire graduate students, send graduate students to conferences, and supplements their salaries. Graduate students can also be recruited and retained with an offer of an endowed fellowship for their years at CU.听
