Smead Aerospace conference rooms can be reserved using the campus To schedule a room, you will need to log in using your Identikey. AERO 224L is the Executive Conference Room and department faculty and staff are given priority use of the space. This space is also often used for important high-profile functions from the department and campus.

Room reservation priority is for aerospace faculty, staff, and students. The first two weeks of eachÌýsemester are reserved for only academic reservations.

Other campus units and outside groups may reserve rooms and hold events in the aerospace building, but must agree to our reservation polices and fee schedule. If you have additional questions or would like to schedule an event, email aeroevents@colorado.edu.
