The University of Colorado Boulder triathlon team won big at nationals! For the eighth year in a row, CU Boulder took the overall team title听at the USA Triathlon Collegiate Club National Championships on Saturday, April 22, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
In addition to the team's听eight consecutive wins, they听have听finished听in the top three听spots for the last 15 years.
In Tuscaloosa, the Buffs also took home the Women's Team Champion title after securing an impressive 2,202 points. Although they听have听reached the podium every year since 2003, their recent听win is the first听since 2012.
The men's team also saw success, finishing听second听to the U.S. Naval Academy by a narrow margin of 13 points.听Colorado edged out the Navy by just nine points for the overall title.
