Affinity groups are intended to provide opportunities to facilitate growth, belonging, and support for staff and faculty by serving as spaces where folks with shared identities and experiences can create community with one another.Ìý

There are currently at CU Boulder: CU Moms, Adelante Latinx Affinity Group, Black at CU, the Alliance for Neurodiversity, Hopeful Hearts, QTPOC
Crossroads, Faculty of Color and Friends, LGBTQ+, and the Native and Indigenous Affinity Group.

You can learn more about the mission of each group by visiting the CU Boulder Affinity Group Sharepoint site. Please note that you must be logged in with your Identikey in order to view the Affinity Group website. Each active affinity group hosts their own
events organized by their group lead, and information about their meetings is available on their SharePoint site. To join an affinity group, go to that group's SharePoint site and complete an interest form.Ìý

Don't see a group that you'd like to join? Consider starting your own! All you need is five people who are interested and a completed Affinity Group Application Form, also available on the website.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Rennea Rojo-Martinez Donovan, DEI Project and Engagement Manager, at reho6447@colorado.edu.Ìý
