The Office of Strategic Initiatives serves as a resource for Strategic Resources and Support units and works to implement the Chief Operating Officer鈥檚 vision by increasing organizational effectiveness through cross-functional project collaborations, intentional change management, and building organizational capacity through change and improvement efforts. Each of these contributions aids the University of Colorado Boulder by increasing our ability to achieve our goals and priorities.听 听听
