Note that submission by this date does not guarantee your submission will be routed to full board for review.听 The date is the last day that submission will be considered for the upcoming meeting.听 All items submitted by this date must undergo a pre-review in which staff may require additional materials to be submitted.听 Only vetted, complete submissions are routed for review. If a submission is incomplete or otherwise not ready for board review by the submission deadline, it will not be scheduled for the upcoming meeting.
