A Different Time is a short film about what we leave behind once we pass. In this case, what's left behind are film slides that tell the story of life to death.
Howdy! My name is Zach Volheim and I am a videographer based out of Boulder, Colorado. I specialize in video journalism and documentary filmmaking. I grew up in the mountains of Colorado where skiing, climbing, backpacking, and biking stood in the center of my life. A Different Time is a short film about what we leave behind once we pass. Some have left behind film slides, waiting to be sold at an art consignment store. Looking through these slides something becomes apparent to the viewer, we take photos in our best moments. There is something odd about these slides however, do things seem better back then?
