GEOG

Chris is a PhD student with INSTAAR and the Geography department, working with Dr. Holly Barnard in the Ecohydrology Lab. He is currently working on the Watershed Dynamics and Evolution (WaDE) Science Focus Area (SFA) at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). He is broadly interested in non-perennial hydrology, ecohydrology, and the impact of land-use change on streams and rivers. Chris graduated the University of Florida with a BS in Biosystems, and from The Ohio State University with a MS in Ecological Engineering. While at tOSU, he studied how land-use change impacted soil health and water quality and potential best management practices for urban stormwater runoff.
