Education: I completed a B.A. degree in Philosophy with Highest Honors and a B.S. degree in Cognitive Science with honors at the University of California, Santa Cruz (Go Banana Slugs!). I am currently working on completing a Masters's in Philosophy and a Graduate Certificate in Cognitive Science. I am an active member of The Institute of Cognitive Science here at CU Boulder.Ìý

Areas of Specialization: Many of my philosophical interests are interconnected between philosophy, cognitive science, and neuroscience. I am deeply passionate about moral psychology (specifically questions of character and character change), virtue ethics, and debates on moral realism.

Fun Facts about Me: I am a practicing virtue ethicist. I seek out good books & good views like a bee seeks out the best flowers. My favorite philosophical books are The Nicomachean Ethics (Aristotle), The Myth of Sisyphus (Albert Camus) & The Will to Change:ÌýMen, Masculinity, & Love (Bell Hooks).Ìý
