Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter 
  • 1-2 kilogram of peeled shrimp
  • 5 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons white wine 
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of parsley or chopped cilantro

Directions

  • Grab a pan and melt the butter in it.
  • Once melted, saute the chopped garlic with the shrimp over medium heat.
  • Afterwards, add the lemon juice and white wine to reduce and marinate shrimp .
  • Let them soak in the liquid and add the parsley or cilantro to taste, salt and pepper, and let them simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
