Ingredients

  • 1 pound of any kind of salmon - my favorite is Verlasso
  • 11 1/5 ounce jar of pickled ginger
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise - I always use Hellman's

Directions

  • Preheat the oven on broil.
  • Rinse the salmon and pat dry with a paper towel. Line pan with foil.
  • Place salmon in pan, skin down.
  • Drain ginger. Put ginger and mayo in a food processor.  Mix together.  Spread over the top of the salmon. I usually make extra and put in a container that can go in the oven.
  • Broil salmon for 9 minutes. Test with a fork to see if it's done.  Make sure the fork goes in easily and you don't feel any toughness.
  • Take out of the oven and it's ready to eat!
