What we provide

Whether you live in a residence hall or Bear Creek, your living area will come with basic furniture. Here is a list of items you can expect to have in your space when you arrive.

Residence Halls

Per student

  • Extra-long twin bed, mattress is waterproof - (80" x 36" x 7")
  • Desk and chair
  • Desk lamp
  • Three-drawer dresser (30.5" W, 24" D, x 30" H)
  • Closet space
  • Bulletin board
  • Two-drawer lockable filing cabinet (17鈥漌 x 22鈥滵 x 26鈥滺)

Per residence hall room

  • Rooms come in wide variety of sizes and layouts. Students can expect approximately 65-100 square feet of living space.
  • Rooms have special fire-retardant curtains or blinds installed (do not replace) 
  • Fire suppression/sprinkler systems
  • Overhead light fixture
  • Smoke detector
  • Microwave/refrigerator/freezer combination unit. Apartments in Reed and Williams Village have full-size refrigerator/freezers and a conventional oven and stove
  • High-speed wireless Internet with wired Ethernet jack capabilities
  • Operable windows
  • Whiteboard on outside of room door
  • Shower curtain (if room has attached bath)
  • 1 trash can and 1 recycle can

Per community

  • The following items are available for you to check out from your hall's community center front desk.
    • Vacuum cleaners
    • Brooms and dustpans
