Pat Nash is a partner in the Restructuring Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a leading international law firm. He represents a variety of clients in complex business reorganizations, troubled company M&A, debt restructurings, and financing matters. Described as "very commercial, very smart and very practical," Pat has been listed as a leading lawyer by Chambers USA every year since 2013.

Pat has served in many leadership capacities in addition to within his law firm. He was the longtime Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Ignatius College Prep, a leading Jesuit high school in Chicago, IL, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Catholic Charities New York and Make A Wish Foundation - Illinois.

Pat and his wife Alyson reside in Chicago, IL and have two children, Henry (CU Boulder '23) and Violet.
