Kate works at the intersection of strategy and compassion.Ìý

With a background in consulting, Kate has worked in a variety of contexts, spanning organization type—including nonprofit, start-up, enterprise, and government-funded—and industry—including education, apparel, and life sciences. Although their context differed, each experience affirmed: in leadership, as in life, relationships are at the center.

Her reverence for the process of learning spurred her return to higher education, and her alma mater. As the Community Engagement and Leadership Development Coordinator, Kate collaborates with staff, faculty, and students to develop ethical, impactful leaders at the University of Colorado.
