Dr. Stefanie K. Johnson is the Director of the University of Colorado Boulder鈥檚 Center for Leadership and an Associate Professor in the Leeds School of Business. She brings evidence based leader development programming to students, executives, and universities across the country. Her teaching, service, and research all focus on the intersection of leadership and inclusion. She is a fellow in the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) and the American Psychological Society (APS). She has lent her expertise and thought leadership to organizations like The World Economic Forum, NAACP, the National Football League, and The Conference Board.聽She received the 2020 NASA group achievement award for her applied research on gender bias. She is a member of the MG 100 Coaches, was recognized by Thinkers50 as a top management thinker, was recognized by LinkedIn as a top voice on leadership development, and is the author of the Wall Street Journal National Bestseller,聽Inclusify: The power of uniqueness and belonging to build innovative teams.聽

She has published 60 journal articles and book chapters in outlets聽Journal of Applied Psychology聽and聽Academy of Management Journal聽and聽has received $3,800,000 in external grant funding from organizations such as CDC NIOSH, the Army Research Institute, and NASA.聽She has presented her work at over 170 meetings around the world including at the White House for a 2016 summit on diversity in corporate America.聽Media outlets featuring Stefanie鈥檚 work include: The Economist, Newsweek, Time, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, HuffPost, Marie Claire, Washington Post, Quartz, Discover, CNN, ABC, NBC, CNBC.
