If you do not offer curricular or co-curricular leadership education as a part of your program, and/or if you serve an entire school, department, or division vs a specific community or cohort, or if you are an individual staff/faculty member that is an active practitioner of leadership development on-campus, becoming a Center for Leadership partner may be an option for you. The relationship between campus partnersÌýand the Center for Leadership is mutually beneficial. The Center providesÌýopportunities to all partners with the understanding that each partner reciprocates by committing to be a participative member of the leadership development ecosystem on campus; communicating and encouraging students, staff, and faculty to get involved in Center for Leadership events and opportunities; and sharing of best practices and other resources to offer leadership development to more students across campus. To see how your participation may align with theÌýCenter for Leadership's strategic plan, pleaseÌýclick here.

The table below explains the reciprocal relationship between partners and the Center for Leadership.ÌýBenefits of partnering includeÌýhaving your program featured on our website; opportunities to apply to collaborate on professional/leadership development for students/staff/faculty; and access to our programming for your students, like the Experiential Leadership Intensive (ELI), BCLP Mentoring and Coaching Program (partners must cover student costs).

If you have questions about partnering with the Center for Leadership at CU Boulder, please email Program CoordinatorÌýjessica.follett@colorado.edu.
