2023 RIO Faculty Fellows: Community Talks
As part of the 2023 RIO Faculty Fellows program, Scott gave a short TED-style talk in the Gordon Gamm Theater at the Dairy Arts Center in Boulder on October 18, 2023. In his talk, “Contemplating Evolution: Why Making Spaces to Be Curious was Important for This Gay Scientist,” Scott tells the story of his personal journey to a deeper understanding of his work as a scientist and his own place in the world.
