1. Package your shipment

Package your shipment in a FedEx container or your own packaging. You can get a FedEx envelope,Ìýbox, or tube from the INSTAAR mailroom (SEEC N200). If you are using non-FedEx packaging, you need to assess theÌýweight (exact or best guess in pounds) and measure the package dimensions in inches.

2. Create a FedEx shipping label

Fill out one of the below forms to have a FedEx shipping label created for you.

ÌýÌýOpen, fill, & save your form using Adobe Acrobat only ( or ).

If you accidentally fill out your formÌýwith macOS Preview or similar apps, INSTAAR Admin might not be able to see your work. And you might not be able to change all information, like sender address.

Email your completed PDF file to instaaradmin@colorado.edu. INSTAAR Admin will then create a package label for you and email it to you. Print the labelÌýand attach it to your shipment.

If you are shippingÌýto another country, please include a detailed packing listÌýalong with your completed FedEx international shipping request form in your email to instaaradmin@colorado.edu. Let us know as much in advance as possible. We will forward your shipping request to CU Mailing Services for commercial invoice preparation. If you would rather use the University's United Parcel Service (UPS) account, let us know.

3. Drop labeled packageÌýat the SEEC dock or FedEx kiosk

After you have attached your label to your shipment,Ìýbring your labeled package to the SEEC dock (rm C184) or a FedEx Kiosk.
