Afton Clarke-Sather wins Graduate School Summer Fellowship

Afton Clarke-Sather has been selected by the Graduate School for a Summer Fellowship, which includes a three-month stipend to support his dissertation progress during the summer months. Afton's dissertation is tentatively titled "From the Heavens to the Markets: Development, Nation, and the Mediation of Nature in Northwest China".
