Bio:听
Jane Song joined the Biomedical Engineering program at CU Boulder in 2022. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelors in Biology and Neuroscience in 2020. As an undergraduate, she worked on studying the translation of nociceptive transcripts contributing to opioid addiction. After graduation, she worked as a technician in an ultrasound imaging lab studying the effects of prolonged anesthesia exposure in the developing neonatal brain. Since coming into our group, she has worked on investigating the bioeffects behind focused ultrasound and microbubble assisted blood brain barrier opening. Her hobbies include baking and creating art pieces.
