The College of Engineering and Applied Science is transitioning to the Cornerstone Performance Management tool for university and classified staff performance management! This year, we recently completed our performance evaluations for the 2022-23 performance year, with final evaluations due Sept.聽15.聽

Now, it鈥檚 time to migrate your goals for the 2023-24 cycle to Cornerstone and ensure you have well-written, SMART goals for the upcoming performance evaluation year, which runs from聽July 1, 2023, to聽June 30, 2024.

Cornerstone is a tool you already have access to as an employee of CU Boulder.聽To activate your account:

• Visit the campus HR performance webpage
• Scroll down to 鈥淭ools & Forms鈥� and 鈥淐ornerstone for Performance Management鈥�
• Follow the login prompts聽

Next steps

We will start our performance management cycle with the goal-setting process. I will host several virtual sessions on 鈥淗ow to Set Goals in Cornerstone.鈥� Please plan to attend at least one session (click the dates below to add the event to your calendar):
