This form is for use by anyÌýCU Boulder studentÌýto request transferability decisions on undergraduateÌýengineering and computer science courses only.

You must first check Transferology (our transfer credit database)Ìýto make sure your course has not already been reviewed and given a decision.ÌýIf you are not familiar with Transferology, please see below:

How and When to Use Transferology

If you areÌýrequesting a review of multiple courses, or courseworkÌýfrom more than one institution,Ìýplease use a new form for each course.

Upon completion of the transfer work, it is the student's responsibility to request that the transfer institution mail an official transcript to: Admissions Processing, University of Colorado 552 UCB, Boulder, CO 80309. Once the work has transferred, contact your advisor for necessary follow-up.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.ÌýOnce a decision has been made, it will populate in your degree audit "Transfer Evaluation" tab.ÌýIf you have not yet taken the course, you need to check back in Transferology to see the result, as you will not recive an individualized email resonse on the decision of the review.ÌýÌý
