PhD, University of California Santa Barbara, 2014, is an Associate Teaching Professor​ specializing in teaching undergraduate classes in applied econometrics. Her research interests are in the fields of labor economics and demography. She has studied how unexpected economic shocks affect marital dissolution.  In addition, further research has explored the Korean marriage market and the determinants of international marriage and the age at marriage. More recently, she has analyzed the differences in household expenditures and time use in one earner versus two-earner married households.
