Teshia Koffiis a scholar-practitioner and published researcher who specializes in the evaluation of organizational structure and functions to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion commitments are operational and palpable. Koffi’s experience spans higher education, corporate and nonprofit sectors and is frequently sought to guide the actualization of diversity, equity and inclusion through administrative leadership, assessment and organization development. Koffi serves as a senior DEI consultant in the Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
