CWA shares 2020 speaker list for faculty classroom visits, panel requests
The Conference on World Affairs shares its 2020 speaker list with faculty and staff for spring course planning consideration, including classroom visits and panel requests.
Notable names include, Disney鈥檚 head of effects animation Marlon West, 21-year-old Kai Kloepfer听who built the first fingerprint-reading smart gun, and award-winning scholar, advocate and filmmaker Sally Nuamah.
Kloepfer and Nuamah were both included in Forbes Magazine 鈥30 Under 30鈥 list and are part of the 鈥淢illennials Shaping our Future鈥 theme at the 2020 CWA.
As you finalize your spring 2020 syllabi, please consider the following opportunities:
- Request a speaker classroom visit during CWA week.听(Select a format of your choosing: masterclass, Q&A, presentation, etc.)
- Request a CWA panel to be built for your class to attend.听(You may request specific topics, speakers, times听and dates.)
