Living through extended periods of uncertainty and change is stressful, especially when that uncertainty and change directly impact communities you or those close to you may be a part of. Give yourself permission to rest and restore yourself by listening to the body and taking time to connect with yourself and your communities.Ìý


Although this workbook was developed with COVID in mind, the themes of navigating anxiety related to uncertainty and stress are pertinent. The workbook is free and uncopyrighted, so feel free to distribute (just provide credit and a link to the wellness society). The workbook provides education, coping strategies, and structured activities for managing stress and anxiety.
