Computer Science
Jamie received multiple BS degrees from Miami University. His majors were Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Statistics, and Engineering Physics. He was听rostered in the Department of Computer Science. His first lab rotation was with Dr. Noah Fierer (Ecology and Evolutionary Biology). Jamie's second lab rotation was with Dr. Lowry and his third lab rotation was with Dr. Manuel Lladser (Applied Mathematics). His research interests are high throughput sequencing data processing and applications. Jamie transferred in 2015 to UCSD with his advisor Dr. Rob Knight.
