            1. Initial emails when they need something are professional, but follow ups are often witty and/or written in bad faith.

            2. Emails from us going to them are always focused and intended to help them improve their event

            3. Worthy of a discussion on probation - maybe a discussion with the org would be a good idea first

            1. A discussion on probation is seriously warranted as their leadership has been disrespectful and unorganized in almost all of their communications with us.

            1. Many organizations have become a lot more entitled with what they feel they deserve from CEB and CSI.

        1. I do feel that there should be some way for a board member to motion for probation

          1. We can work out how to best go about this, but I think it鈥檚 important especially in regards to what we鈥檝e seen recently.

        2. There鈥檚 also been a few things that we鈥檝e talked about amending or adding to our bylaws. So, in preparation of our annual bylaw review (fun!) I鈥檒l create a shared document where members will be able to suggest amendments or additions to the bylaws
