      1. Positives

        1. Amazing moderators - go Taylor!!!!

        2. The small crowd made the event really comfortable and intimate - 74 on Zoom (50+ viewed the whole thing) plus about 40 in person

        3. While advertising was on a time crunch, the marketing looked really good

        4. Good on all of us for engaging with Angelica, keep doing this for future events

      2. Improvements

        1. Microphone issues - Glenn Miller people told us we didn’t need soundcheck for moderators

          1. This was not good, let’s insist on a soundcheck next time

        2. Advertising timeline was not ideal because everything was delayed due to Simu Liu - next time get ahead of it

        3. Find a way to get more audience questions during the event

          1. Taylor did put up a social media link

  1. Sigma Psi Zeta “Culture Shock: Remember Your Roots,” March 5th, 2022 @7:00 PM in Glenn Miller Ballroom

      1. Social media + UMC table advertising was really good!

      2. Beautiful marketing, top-notch

      3. Came directly to student org offices in UMC- super smart

    2. Logistics

      1. Started about 20 minutes late

      2. Everything else was pretty good, some tech issues

      3. We think there was a dress rehearsal

      4. One performance wasn’t on the stage so it was hard to see across the room

        1. Consistently happens in Glenn Miller

      5. On the back end- Kristelle was doing the heavy lifting on this event but it may have been too much for one person

      6. Having a second performance fell through
