        1. Not based in any form of culture.

        2. We can’t really fund generic decorations

          1. We have also made other organizations change their decorations

          2. They have other options for their funding

            1. Possibility to go to A&S instead of SOAC because SOAC is very backed up

      2. Advertising

        1. Make sure that they include CEB on all marketing as it is now a joint event (headliner #1 = $10,000)

        2. We should start recommending $500 dollars for ads

      3. Photo Booths

        1. We don’t fund photo booths

        2. CSI may have a photo booth that they can use

          1. Up to them to ask and see if it can work out

      4. Performer (Pyra)

        1. As it is over $10,000 they need to officially recognize this as a CEB collaboration

      5. Performer (Women of the World Acapella)

        1. Try to get an all inclusive price

        2. We can fund and pay for stuff but cannot reimburse any expenses.

            1. They bought flannels instead of our costumes

              1. This is potentially a SFR issue

        1. Where did the decorations funding go?

          1. You have to spend the money on what you said it was for

          2. Can’t reallocate budget based on judgment, must be approved by CEB.

            1. NSA needs to come in for a meeting with us.

              1. Main point is communication with CEB is necessary
