        1. Bennett, CEB鈥檚 executive transition meeting is during Leg鈥檚 meeting on Thursday, so an exec team member will not be able to attend. Would you be willing to brief Leg on the bylaws revisions? We can arrange a meeting, if you鈥檇 like.
