Hello all!

I received info about ordering masks from CSI. Becky recommended I order from 4imprints and I had a couple questions.

Thank you for the face mask info. Since 4imprints is a different company than the one we requested during our CEB hearing, will I need to change anything in my budget request or make a new CEB meeting to explain this company change? If not, can I order the masks from 4imprints today with no issue? Can I use any mask on this website, or does it have to be a certain style? Also, double checking that this is the right company website:

        1. Could’ve been better, but there were extenuating circumstances (advertising person was abroad)

        2. Also had a lot of interaction with the posts

      2. Logistics

        1. Good quality

        2. Chat was very involved, commenting on the speaker’s performance and interview

        3. Around 80-90 people consistently on Zoom, including community members and those from other schools

        4. 40-50 people at the drive-in

        5. Good split between the drive-in and the Zoom

      3. Content

        1. Questions were well-done

        2. Very professional

      4. Future Thoughts

        1. Suggest a drive-in to other organizations as an option, since it was successful in this case

        2. Pick up the advertising and nail down a budget before coming to CEB for funding

        3. Send out a survey for future events

      1. Update: Check out the poster they sent over, they also sent a detailed marketing timeline which was nice

    1. are now live until March 31st! You can nominate a graduate student (you cannot currently be their student) and graduate students can also nominate themselves. Comes with a $100 award.

    2. CU Boulder has released a form to sign up to receive COVID-19 vaccinations. You can find more details and register here. If you have questions about eligibility, please email buffinfo@colorado.edu.

    3. : Ratified the legislative agenda developed by the Colorado Federation of Graduate Students which will be shared with state legislators. This prioritizes protections for international students, diversity and inclusion, as well as higher education funding.

    4. The Graduate and Professional Student Government (GPSG) has opened applications for their 2021-22 academic year leadership team. GPSG has openings for 32 paid positions.
