    2. Feedback Requested from Schuyler’s Team

      1. Did Schuyler's talk meet your expectations and if so, how?

        1. Yes, appreciated (1) the explanation of his story and how he described things- he was so prepared he hit on many of our questions- (2) the explanation of vocab pertaining to the trans community

        2. Learned a lot from the conversation and was easy and relaxing

      2. What didn't work or what should Schuyler change, do more of, do less of?

        1. Being cognizant of the speech vs. interview question time

        2. Continue answering the question in the way that he did. It was quite conversational and relaxed.

        3. Really enjoyed the picture that accompanied his presentation

      3. Would you recommend Schuyler's session to a colleague or friend - and if so, how would you describe him and/or his speech to others?

        1. Would recommend him to speak to organizations that we work with on our campus like the Brazen Project and GSA

    3. Bylaws Committee Update

      1. Met briefly today

      2. Done with the first draft of the updated bylaws

      3. Be prepared to submit any revisions by next Monday (4/5) for the bylaws if you have any concerns.

    4. Elijah McClain Tribute Update

      1. The final cut is done and the McClain family has approved of a viewing for CU students

        1. Shout out to Kenny for making it happen both in the beginning and now :)

        2. We need to check and make sure they are also ok with an online release

      2. A full marketing campaign is in creation so we need a release date set

        1. Preferably mid-April to give space to process current events and so as to not “mix” them for lack of better wording

      3. Once release is set, marketing schedule will be put together and rolled out

        1. All participants are aware the project is finished and has been approved for rollout and are waiting for marketing materials and have been sent their individual cuts to enjoy and keep as a personal “sneak peek”

      4. MASSIVE thank you to every single one of you for supporting this project the entire way through. It took almost a year start-to-finish but we all made it happen no matter what! Jemil and I are so thankful for all the help and support from all of you and we couldn’t have done it without every single one of you ❤️

      5. Request for $600 in additional funding

        1. Funding for additional post production work on the tribute

        2. Give feedback regarding how long the tribute took to come together.

          1. Questions for Carson

            1. Why specifically the additional 600 dollars that he needs? (need invoice)

            2. Did he let you know about needing additional funding at any point before now?

              1. Yes, but it was understood that anyone who helped with production would be allocated a portion of Carson’s salary.

              2. Jake and Carson have the same rate and thus exceeded the allocated $600 to complete the tribute

          2. Potentially have Carson come in to answer our questions.

            1. Jemil will invite Carson to our next meeting and process the payments for Jake and the sound engineer.
