Organizational Behavior
Ryan Ragaglia is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior at the Leeds School of Business. Prior to joining the doctoral program, Ryan received his Master鈥檚 in Business Administration (MBA) from听Leeds, and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Wyoming. He has worked in the technology and retail industries focusing听on human resources and operations management. In his research, he hopes to focus on employee听happiness and satisfaction in the workplace.
