Dr. Andrea Dunphy, Ed.D. is the Associate Director of Operations and Programs within the Real Estate Center at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
As the Center鈥檚 Associate Director, Andrea is responsible for the Center鈥檚 financial and operational management, marketing, communications and engagement with industry partners.听
Prior to joining the Center, Andrea spent over 20 years with one of the nation鈥檚 largest real estate firms, most recently handling regional operations for the Southern California counties of Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara.
Passionate about education, Andrea holds a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resource Management and a听Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership in Higher Education from the University of La Verne. Her undergraduate degrees include Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands, and Associate of Arts in Psychology from Ventura College.
Andrea is an active community volunteer having chaired Friends of CASA of Ventura County, serving on the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, and partnering in company or university Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
