Jason is a product of the West Coast: born in California, raised in Oregon, and educated (primarily) in Washington. He holds an MA and a BA in History.

Before joining the team as an Academic Advisor, Jason worked with undergrad students in classrooms on college campuses (including here at CU Boulder). He has also managed undergrads as student workers, interns, and volunteers during his time working for non-profits and in local governments around the US West. That's a long way of saying, he's worked with students in a variety of settings and is always excited to talk with them about who they want to be and where they want to go next in life.Ìý

When Jason is not advising students, you can find him planning his next international travel adventure with his partner, cross-country skiing (skiijoring) with his dog, or camping with his cat.
