Hayes comes to CU Boulder most recentlyÌýfrom Naropa University, where he was the academic advisor for the MFA programs in the School of the Arts. Before that he taught in the Literature DepartmentÌýat Bard High School Early College, in Queens, NY, where he also served as a faculty advisor.
