Since graduating from CU with a degree in Economics (BA, 1993), James Coope has worked in sales and marketing in a number of industries, including transportation, logistics, insurance, employee benefits, and financial technology. James also holds a graduate degree from Regis University (MBA, 2013). James is an avid outdoor enthusiast and loves spending time in Colorado’s mountains. You can find him skiing most weekends in the winter, and during the summer he is backpacking and climbing majestic Colorado’s 14’ers. James is also an avid runner and is training for his 13th marathon this fall. Residents of Colorado since they both enrolled at CU, James and his wife Lawren (BS, Marketing, 1993), currently live in Castle Rock, CO with their daughter Ripley and two enthusiastic Australian Shepherds.
