Program Manager, Board & Engagement

Aubrey joined the Leeds Advancement team as the Board and Engagement Program Manager in April of 2022. She identifies and facilitates meaningful engagement opportunities for donors, prospects, and business leaders, and manages the Leeds Advisory Board and Executive Experience, a program that organizes speakers/mentors/volunteers at the Leeds School of Business.  Prior to joining Leeds, Aubrey served as a Fellowship Consultant in the University of Notre Dame’s Graduate School Office of Grants and Fellowships. As a higher education, project management, and STEM professional, she has over three years of experience working with graduate students and high-level university leadership to progress institutional needs, generate and submit successful grant proposals, manage strategic funding databases and committees, and develop innovative engagement and communication strategies. Aubrey brings a strong commitment to creating positive change and impact by supporting world-changing research and scholarship via strategic philanthropy.

Aubrey graduated from the University of Kansas in 2018, where she received her B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and a minor in Geology. She then pursued an advanced degree at the University of Notre Dame where she received her Master’s in Chemical Engineering in 2021. Originally from Kansas, Aubrey frequently vacationed in Colorado with her family and friends, so she is excited to explore Colorado by enjoying new restaurants and the range of outdoor activities with her dog and friends.
