Comment:  We need to think about what we need for our students.  We are designed as a research university.  How do we focus on education:  we set educational goals and restructure the university to meet them.

Q.  Are there non-tenure track faculty on the two committees.

            A.  Yes on A&S committee.  The AF committee has not yet been named.

Comment:  We need to support the library, its collections, and databases.

Comment:  We need better learning spaces

Comment:  Make sure the timeline is clear to everyone

Comment:  We should consider split appointments between departments.

Comment:  Faculty need to be careful in criticizing donors.  People have been fired for speaking up.
